The Ranch at Shadow Lake

So far my experience living here at The Ranch at Shadow Lake has been great, anytime I have needed anything fixed they have always been here to fix things in a in a timely manner. Maintenance guys are soo awesome and friendly. They did change management shortly after I moved here, in August 2022, and they have been wonderful with anything that I have needed to inquire about. It is now May 24,2022. I will update my comment near my 1 year mark.

Maintenance team has been especially great this spring! Thanks to everyone who supports them and all of us at the ranch! 🌷 I appreciate all the hard work everybody's doing and I'm wishing the community all the best -

Having lived in various apartments in various states for the past 10 years, I can say that this property is very well managed and maintained. The renovations that are planned look very modern and chic. I am excited to see the community freshened up. One of the absolute best parts of living here has to be all the baby ducklings around the lake, so great. The staff is also amazing, super friendly!

Stormi Herd helped me through the tour. Very kind, patient, and helpful person! Especially with all the questions that I had. Loved her would definitely recommend!
