(December 27, 2019, 10:09 pm)Service at this post office is always very fast and employees are always friendly and efficient, even when busy. I was in and out in five minutes, at lunchtime, two weeks before Christmas; that alone says it all about how quickly they keep things moving.

(November 14, 2019, 2:32 pm)When going to the Post Office, I rarely think about Customer Service because...well...there usually isn't any. I didn't get her name, but the lady who helped me ship a package today gave the absolute best service I've EVER received when shipping something. She greeted EVERYONE who walked in, offered assistance to everyone in a timely manner, and was genuinely helpful with all aspects of my shipment. I'm pretty impressed and will probably start using this location a lot more often.

A gentleman doing the site cleaning at the entrance area was kind enough to guide me on their hours and what I needed to do to get receipt for a small parcel I was sending. I waited two more minutes till they opened and Hannah Chai took care of my parcel, gave me the receipt and explained to me how to do the tracking. Great service all around. Thank you.
