GGS Embroidery & Printing

After searching for the right shirts and hats I wanted for my business I chose to go with GGS embroidery and printing mainly because of how convenient it was to place my order and the price was better than the others companies near by. Timing was great and communicating was great but once I got my order I realized they totally ignored some of my requests that I brought up multiple times. This wasn't miscommunication, they just chose to do the design as they wanted instead of how I requested. They did offer to fix my order as I was looking at it before I even verbally expressed any disappointment but timing was of the essence so I couldn't afford to wait another 2-3 days for revisions. After all I'm happy with my order but it rubbed me the wrong way that they ignored my request...
