Looking back on some pictures I didn't like the image I was portraying. So I decided to try the Clean Start Weight Loss Program. The first 2 weeks were the hardest. The B12 shots really helped me have energy. With my coach Mrs. Debbie's help I have achieved the weight loss of 14lbs in 8 weeks. Now that the program is over I am going to continue to follow my coaches guides and continue to make my own personal weight loss goals. I feel lighter and I have energy now.
