Jason and Nicole bought used rvs from us several years ago. We can not warranty a used RV for the entire time you own the RV. We can show you that everything works at the time of purchase. Our wish is that the used rvs we sell never break for our customers and no maintenance is required but we have no control of this. If an RV never has issues or if it constantly has issues after purchase, we are the same company. We do not have control of mechanical systems and how they are maintained by new owners.

The previous review is obviously false. From the looks of it a kid got on the internet. The one before it did receive the part as promised. Sent part asap. It was a cosmetic part and RV was fully functioning. The color of the paint on the first part did not match so it took a little time to find the right color.

First time having to use a Storage facility, and I am glad that we found Packrat Storage, Esmeralda made the entire process so easy! Will definitely recommend this place!

The service is great. I have no complaints on anything. I feel very confident on the safety of my things at this location. And enjoy doing business with you guys.
