We have been traveling from California to Florida. Our kitchen slide stopped working all of a sudden. I went on google found this place and called immediately. They were very nice and accommodating. We pulled up to their place and the owner actually greeted us and looked at our slide had it diagnosed and fixed and out of there within the hour. Highly recommend these guys!!

They did a great job getting our super slide retracted when our slide motor seized. They were technically proficient and professional. If we are ever back in the area with technical issues - we would definitely call them out again. Prices are in line with mobile service. Thank you again!

An absolute pleasure doing business with this family owned operation. I called to make sure he would be able to have my RV looked at if I got it towed there. My endeavor started at 11:45 AM, at 4:15PM I called to let him know my roadside service was still not at my location. He said don't worry about it, I will stay here until you get here. At 5:45ish pm I called him back to let him know roadside assistance set up for my truck to be towed.(not what I needed). He asked for my location and said he was going to come to me, while I was still waiting for my tow. He got there and looked at the issue and agreed with me it was unsafe to tow further. After a few issues with roadside assistance being dispatched and inability to tow, he reached out to a contact of his own to try to help me get it towed to his storage facility. They sent a heavy duty tow truck to aid in the matter, which got there before my roadside assistance did. Issues with the pin box wouldn't allow for even their HD tow truck to pull it over so after talking it over with Paul (owner of Mobile Family RV Center) and Mark (tow truck driver for Roadrunner towing) I made an informed decision to limp it to his RV yard and oh btw Paul followed me for the 7-8 mile drive going 20-30mph on single lane roads with speed limits as high as 65mph, on speaker phone with me the whole way to make sure we were as safe as we could be. Got it to his yard with no issues and completed this at around 09:30 pm. This man knows how to run a business and take care of customers. It has been an absolute blessing that I called his company when I looked up RV Repair in the area than the one I almost called.

Absolute life savers! Quickly took care of an AC and toilet issue in the SUMMER…in TEXAS!! Need I say more?!? Very knowledgeable and great customer service! I would give them a billion stars if I could. 10/10!!!
