My mother was transferred here from another nursing home to their secured unit in November 2018. I must say that I was very skeptical about taking her there. She has dementia and needed to be there for her safety. She was very well taken care of. I never had a complaint about the care she got there. The physical therapy department is wonderful. Everyone was very caring and friendly to her and to me every time I was there. The home and her room was always clean. I would recommend Whitesboro Health and Rehab to anyone to take care of your loved ones.
I moved to Whitesboro Health & Rehabilitation from Beacon Hill in Denison TX. To my happy experience I find this a wonderful place. While the place is not new, they are working on updating the facility. But as anyone that has stayed in a nursing home can testify, the staff, and the food are the most important piece of a home. Here they rate an almost perfect score. The staff is caring and answers the concerns of a residents and
are cared for quickly. The Rehabilitation staff are knowledgeable and work hard to help their charges. The food is well done and tastes good, with a good variety. I have been in pretty and newer facility, but I would take this place over all others.
