It has everything I need for a varied workout. I can go when it's convenient for me.
I joined a little over a month ago. This place fits my needs very well. I have access to the gym 24 hours a day. They have good weight training options as well as a cardio equipment room. Glad to have this in my home town.
I love the workout classes at True Fitness. The instructors are amazing!
