I've been using Appeal Property Tax for 12 years on my house and my mom's house and they have done a phenomenal job at lowering the taxable value. The Property Condition Form they sent out to us, also located on their website, is a very useful tool because it allows us to point out any work that needs to be done to the house that we can submit with bids and/or estimates. The years when they are not able to lower the value because of the sales in our neighborhood, they send me a $0 invoice. I would recommend their services to everyone interested in paying less property taxes.
