(June 16, 2020, 9:51 pm)I want to thank all the staff at Pleasant Manor in Waxahachie for taking such good care of my mom for the last year and a half. I was up there a lot visiting my mom and loved the way each patient was treated in an individual manner. They take into account the individual personalities of the patients and handle them accordingly to what is best for each one. There is no one size fits all here. No nursing home is perfect and the two minor complaints I had were addressed and handled immediately and I was thanked for bringing it to their attention. Can't beat that!
(March 26, 2018, 2:58 pm)Wonderful place. Caring, respectful employees and resident's seem very happy. The residents were enjoying music, some were playing cards while others were doing puzzles. The staff was very helpful and informative about the facility. Looking forward to coming back and visiting.
