Friendly family owned business with healthy options. I really enjoy the smoothie bowls the most! The wraps, salads and smoothies are very good also. Really nice folks and they often run daily specials.

Great service and friendly owners. Smoothies were great. Had the coconut cooler. Also split a turkey club with the wife which was great also. Everything was extremely fresh. Will be back very soon. Highly recommended.

Absolutely in love with this place! You are hooked after one time going there. We had their lava flow smoothie bowl, it was so delicious! This will definitely be my go to place! It is definitely worth the drive from red oak! The owners are amazing and very welcoming!

Wife had recently found a new spot she wanted to try. Went and tried the mojito lemonade which was really refreshing, wifey had the lava flow bowl which blew her away. We even had a chat with the owner, good people who care for their craft and better yet their customers. Will be coming back again.
