Really good service with honest feedback. Unfortunately they were unable to repair the specific issue I had. I really appreciated how they took the little extra time to consult with other professionals in their expertise to receive feedback.

All employees that helped me have been very professional and courteous. This is the kind of support that deserves the recognition.

There was a REAL problem with my email account. CPR got with Microsoft and figured it out. Shame on Microsoft for NOT ironing out there problems BEFORE forcing upgrades that don’t work as they are supposed to, on us. Thank You CPR for holding there feet to the fire and getting them to own up to Microsoft’s mistakes!

Fixed the phone right up it works and looks as good as it ever did and only took a day to get the work done I hope not to need them again but if I do that is were I will go

I made a 0900 appointment to have my iphone 11 screen fixed and it’s perfect! It didn’t take long and the female associate that helped me was great. Will definitely return to this location.
