Texas Cryoworks and Wellness

I recently pulled my lower back during a strongman competition to where I couldn't even bend over. I started doing the laser therapy in conjunction. With tens unit and chiropractic session. I am a believer in this thing! I bought a group of 3 sessions and after the 2nd one I was moving waaay better! After the 3rd I'm back to working out and using lower body, but just taking it easy with light weight. I did the laser sessions all within 6 days.

Windy and her team at Cryoworks are awesome! They are always so welcoming when I go in. Very knowledgeable on the services they offer and very flexible hours.
