(April 20, 2020, 8:49 am)First class attention to the scope of work, in writing. They worked out the details with my insurance company and their large, competent crew showed up exactly when stated and finished in the planned two days (depends on size of job).
(February 21, 2020, 11:50 pm)Midlo Contracting did an amazing job on our home renovation. They are honest, professional and exceed all our expectations. We completely remodeled our master bathroom and three guest bathrooms, had tile and carpet flooring installed, kitchen cabinets painted with new granite countertops, two beautiful accent walls, demo and replace fireplace and refinished our staircase. Mike & Jason checked on our project daily and made sure everything was moving along smoothly, we couldn’t be more thrilled with how everything turned out and will absolutely be using Midlo Contracting again.

We wanted to honor the original plans for the house while using more updated materials whenever possible. Everyone at MIDLO Contracting listened to our desires and ALWAYS delighted us with the results. The attention to detail, the customer service and very fair pricing leads us to recommend them without any reservation. They’ve helped make our Old House ready for a few more generations!
(October 16, 2018, 10:39 pm)Mike was great to work with after the hail storm. Communication was excellent and he addressed every concern that we had. New 30yr GAF HD roof, new gutters, and stripped/re-stained the fence. He even added additional roof vents to aid with keeping the attic cool and solar screens on the west-side. Mike is genuinely interested in providing top quality products and workmanship because he knows it is a reflection of his company. Highly Recommended
