Nick and his partner were very respectful. They replaced my faulty thermostat. Explained how it works and gave me some awesome advice on how to keep energy cost down. TXU was charging me hundreds a month for heat I wasn’t getting. Glad they were here to help.

Solutions fixed my water heater the first day back after Christmas. It was done in a few hours. Joey went out of his way to be helpful and give great customer service. Only bad thing is getting front desk to ever answer or return messages as I’ve been waiting on HVAC to replace my PTAC for six months and nobody calls me back ever.

Joey was very polite and had a great personality. He figured out the problem with my toilet, fixed it and was done in no time.. Thanks

Josh Rotenberry was awesome! I was referred to him by previous clients that swear by his service and he went above and beyond. He was at my house a couple of hours after I called him to schedule, fixed my 91 degree house in an hour, waited on me to finish chatting with my neighbor and even gave me my air filter size so that I can replace them with confidence in the future. Beau was extremely kind, respectful, and timely. Our AC stopped working, and it was 80 degrees in our bedroom and our baby’s bedroom when I came home from work. We contacted Beau at ~5pm, and he came out at 7:30am the next morning. He clearly explained our system’s issue, and helped us come to a resolution. I would work w HVAC Solutions again.
