(April 14, 2021, 12:14 pm)We have been part of the Zen family since the very beginning. My boys have developed into confident and disciplined fighters. The year we enrolled BOTH my boys won good citizenship awards for the end of the year. My little one defended another kid from a bully and my older one had improved in his behavior overall. A lot of the staff there know how to communicate with the wiggly impulsive kids but really ALL the staff members there are very friendly and eager to welcome anyone into the Zen community. I highly recommend zen. They have been like a second family. They have something for everyone at any level.

(January 22, 2021, 6:26 pm)I absolutely love this place! My entire family joined little by little, starting with my 10 year old, then my brother, then me and then my husband. We all love the workouts, the discipline it teaches, the self defense aspect of it, and the amazing atmosphere! Mando, David and Luis are all awesome! Thank you for all you do!
