Staff was welcoming, courteous and accommodating. Service was top-notch. They checked on us frequently, asking if we need anything, and although tests take time, doctor and nurse explained to have clear expectations. The Colony ER made you feel at home and that's vital for people who are not feeling well.

Being a difficult patient...I was completely impressed by every single person in this facility. They have restored my faith in the medical field. I left with a huge smile. Absolutely fantastic suture work by Dr. Peterson. He makes sure to educate you so that you can understand. Definitely would refer friends and loved ones. And I got a t shirt! Haha A++ Thank you!!!!

Came in with an injured hand. Everyone - and I do mean everyone - was kind, professional, and genuinely seemed like they wanted to help me. Shout out to nurse Candace and to Dr. Williams for their impeccable service. They got me fixed up and helped recommend a specialist to follow up and complete my care. My experience here was stellar. Very highly recommend.

Had a great experience at The Colony ER Hospital today. Clear instructions provided by phone followed by easy to navigate website experience. The best part was the delightful staff that took care of us. They were warm, friendly, kind and very efficient. They made the process of being tested for Covid a comfortable and uncomplicated experience. Highly recommend their drive up testing services.

Did drive up COVID testing. I would definitely recommend! It was quick and my test results back by the end of the day. The gentlemen was Super nice and caring. I would go back just because of his courtesy. He was also sweet to my dog. ;-). The lady that checked to make sure I was sick 😷 was extremely nice too. Very happy👍
