(March 7, 2022, 1:30 pm)I love my apartment. Management has been responsive and incredibly helpful. They honored the one month off from the previous management company. My only issue is the neighbors upstairs are loud at night and this is the only reason I’m giving 4 stars, I work 7am-8pm. When it’s 11pm and there are kids running back and forth with their pets it is frustrating. I understand it is apartment leaving so I have not complained to management. However, it is getting a little out of hand. Other than that, the building is incredibly clean. Management is amazing and sooo helpful. Location is perfect. Olivian feels like home!! I don’t think I would renew when the time comes if the noise upstairs persists.
