Dr. Tran was amazing. She took her time with my daughter and was extremely patient and professional.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff! Dr. Tran is absolutely amazing! I hate going to the Doctor, but they have always made it a pleasant experience for me. If you are in need of a good doctor and facility, I highly recommend!!

Fast check in time and staff remembers me and now my son. They listened to symptoms and concerns to always follow through with a remedy. It’s nice to have a healthcare provider that knows you for more than your chart.

I guess I am spoiled because I’m usually in and out of Dr office in an hour. However, it was my first time so waiting 1/2 hour before being called back to the exam room may have been a factor to allow for paperwork. Also, Dr Tran did not make me feel rushed. She took her time explaining things to me. I appreciate that and can’t complain if she spends time with her other patients. She was professional and listen to me. She called me herself later on to follow up on a question. I appreciate that! The only complaint is that there was no WiFi service in the office. And not able to get a signal. That makes waiting seem longer than it truly was.

I've been seeing Dr. Tran for about 3 years now and she is one of the most caring, patient, and thorough practitioners I've ever seen. It's rare to find a physician that has phenomenal bedside manner and mastery of medicine but Dr. Tran has certainly accomplished this. I would highly recommend that if you are in the market for a primary care physician that Lakeside Medical and Dr. Tran be that team!
