Highly recommend!! I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Hale. I am a mom of 2 and am still suffering from some issues from birth. She listened to everything I had to say and made me feel super comfortable. She gave me lots of exercises to practice and home which is so nice because as a mom it’s hard to find time to do things alone.

I cannot say enough great things about Kelley and Legacy!

My wife has had two surgeries in the same area around her neck/shoulders within the last two years. This caused her muscles to shrink, shifting her spine, ribs, and shoulder into all different positions. Kelley takes incredible care to identify the root causes of pain or movement limitation without sacrificing comfortability. In addition, she gave my wife resistance bands and exercises to continue treatment at home until her next visit!

I would highly recommend scheduling an appointment. They also offer services outside of recovery -- you can get improved methods of stretching, exercising, and general knowledge about taking care of your body. Their facilities are clean and include a wide variety of equipment to meet your needs!
