Accel Rehab Hosp. of Plano

My grandma, Terri Schroeder, has been to Accel twice. Both times she has been so impressed with the care provided to her and the physical therapy she recieved. The last time, she went in December 18th and was released back home by the 31st. The staff is so kind and the care is of the highest quality available. Me and her highly recommend and thank the staff at Accel!!!

My mother was here after her second hospital stay and I wish we would have found it the first time. The staff was attentive, the care very good and the physical therapy great. We wish Medicare would have allowed a longer stay.

Sumer was a God send and I can’t thank her enough. She went above and beyond my expectations.

There were a couple instances that I was made aware of after my mother’s release regarding nurses/aides refusing to assist her with a shower due to being overly cautious regarding her dialysis site and not having the necessary supplies to prevent it from getting wet. My suggestion would be ordering the plastic vaccum like coverings or provide additional training on how to bathe a patient under these conditions.

This is without a doubt the best rehabilitation facility I have stayed at. If ever I should need this type of care again, I would love to return here. I have certainly spread the word to my family and friends! The therapy is top notch and the therapists are by far the best I have encountered!
