They were very quick to respond. They came out and pulled up carpet and removed damaged furniture. Everyone was very professional, they placed several fans to dry up my basement. They came by everyday to check on the progress. I would definitely use them if I needed them in the future.

William and his team are AWESOME! They kept us informed of every step. We had water damage and mold relating to a leaking pipe in our upstairs bathroom that also created damage to our dining room ceiling and flooring below. These guys are the best around and we highly recommend them. By the way, they can do the rebuild as well.

Joe Watson and Spencer Logan of Servpro of West Forsyth came out as soon as I called late evening regarding water damage that resulted from an overflow of the main drain pipe my washing machine drains into. I had water everywhere on the second floor, and the water had leaked through the ceiling into my first floor. They immediately and professionally cleaned up the excess water and set up the fans and dehumidifier to dry the water. My insurance company was in touch with Joe and Servpro, and due to all his work and knowledge, the insurance process was seamless, and I'm well on my way to getting things restored as they were. I'm highly thankful to Joe and Spencer of Servpro of West Forsyth for coming out late that evening. Their professionalism and knowledge put my wife and my worries at ease. Kudos to Joe Watson and Spencer Logan and the Servpro of West Forsyth team.

Serv Pro was a blessing. They came and helped after a 50 ft. tree fell on our house just before the first snow fall of the season.They removed carpets and dry wall that was affected by water damage or destroyed by the tree. They saved as much of the cabinet doors that they could. We had electrical issues and they brought in generators to dry out the house and prevent mold. They winterized the bathrooms for us to prevent pipe damage with the cold weather. They also drained the water heater to save us from plumbing issues. Trey and Keith treated our belongings as if they were their own. Very pleased with their services and would recommend their services to others.

The food was great, atmospheres great, our waitress was great! I just wish that they would engage a little more, spend a little more time. And if they're busy they need to schedule accordingly because it's nice to be pampered.... But with that said, with Covid I know staffing is sometimes a problem, you know getting people to work... Overall great as usual and will keep coming back

Met a friend for a drink and to watch a football game! Once seated, the Amazing Jada was our service host! She made us feel great and welcomed. She took care of us without us having to ask!!!! It’s like she knew what we needed before we knew needed it!!!! She even suggested the meal which was amazing…..I’ve had it every time I’ve gone to this location!!! Two thumbs up for the entire experience!!! Thanks Jada!!!

Oh great taste in food, exceptional attention. Cheap gigantic beer! And beautiful girls, what else do you need? I met an old friend here and had a wonderful experience. We were not pushed away, and I was able to get two large waters quickly just like the food we paid for. It was pretty mellow on a Wednesday night. The bacon who is thick and tasty. We had the hot but not super hot wings and they were delicious. Just make sure to eat everything quickly before it gets cold :-) notice they also have two electric car charging stations right near the front door, and one was open when I pulled up.

Will & junior we're absolutely wonderful, they got a long term dishwasher leak cleaned up and dried out. They were great with communication, and found an excellent contractor to remove and rebuild my sink cabinet. I was only without a sink in the kitchen for one day! Robyn, their manager called me every day to keep me updated on the process and they worked with my home insurance to get it all covered and cleaned up. I would highly recommend them to anyone with clean up needs!!

We came yesterday, and not only was the food exceptional but the experience was amazing. We were greeted by our wonderful server named Kelly! Not only was she gorgeous but she was so incredibly sweet. Smiled and was so friendly the whole time. She was quick to be to the table when we needed something and provided exceptional service. We will definitely be returning thanks to her making the experience such a great one, not only for myself but for my kids as well. Can’t recommend her enough. Twins you’re lucky to have her on your team! Keep up the great work guys!!
