Riders Biker Supply

I was in the area while on business and had some time to kill. I've been looking for some riding gear and a quick Google search sent me here. After looking around, I couldn't help but notice the quality of their clothing was much better than that I have purchased from box stores. This place is a gem! I ended up purchasing a shirt, jeans, and even a helmet! "Crash" was incredibly helpful, shipped the helmet to my home halfway across the county, and most importantly, didn't make fun of me for riding a metric! Thank you!

I've got zero clue how this is my first review for Riders...

Even though I live in Plano, when I need something I'll always make the trip out to Riders as do my brothers that live within riding distance. The owner is just a great guy with a big heart as well as those that work with him. They're always really accommodating and helpful and If they don't have something (recently the marauder mask for my Covert X helmet) then they're glad to order it for you and and this came in quickly. Thanks again for all you do!

My friend and I rode 3 hrs to get to Riders because of there reviews and there inventory that I had seen online. These folks were super nice the guy that was there helped me with helmets, he was informative and I wanted a LS2 modular and instead of telling me oh yah buy that best helmet ever he had me try it on and he checked how it fit then he told me all the things that weren’t great about the helmet instead of just taking the instant sale!!! I did buy the helmet but in the end they had a guy fit me tell me the good bad and ugly then allowed me to make a decision based on truth. We felt when we walked in that it was a family owned place “don’t know if it is or not” and they honored that fact I am a Fire Fighter that means a lot in my books. Thanks guys

Talk about a refreshing retail experience. While online has it's place for consumers, a well run in-person business should always win out.

Riders Biker Supply is just that, was personally spoken to by three different people, then introduced to the owner who took the time to help me find a new helmet. With a Size 8 melon, this isn't as easy as it might sound, so imagine my surprise when I was shown three different options that were in stock and there to try on. Then the price was as good as any I had found online, which was great.

The owner helped me find a bungie tie-down to get my old ill-fitting helmet home and made sure I was all set.

If you want great service, good selection, and fair pricing this is the place. I can't wait to make up some excuse to get back there again and find something else I can't live without.

Love this place. They can order anything for you & ship it to you if they do not have it in stock. Very friendly & we always feel welcomed. We ride down from Wichita falls just to come here.
