Although Secure Data Recovery is a national company, I always felt like I was dealing with a local shop. There were a couple of convenient drop-off locations for my four hard drives and my direct email communication with Timothy Rutan (an assigned account representative) could not have been better. He did a terrific job returning my emails quickly and answering all of my questions, which built a lot of trust around their process.
