  The Park Agency has been nothing short of excellent for the past few years that I've had policies through them. All the staff are courteous, patient and personable. They make me feel welcome. Until very recently I had never, and never expected to, need to file a claim on any sort of auto policy, but after a recent accident they have been fantastic about helping me understand the process, and have been expedient in working toward completing it.

  The Park Agency (Allstate - Sarah Park) has always been extremely helpful to me and my husband. We've been with them for over 10+ years. Sarah, Ashley, and Karen are professional and provide great customer service with each interaction whether we have a claim to file or payment our payments. We always appreciate Karen's reminder phone calls when our homeowner's insurance or auto insurance is due. Thanks for being our insurance provider of choice! You are terrific!
