Inspire Yoga

I’m so happy I tried Inspire Yoga. Now, I’ve found a studio that is warm, friendly and has the most excellent teachers!
I’m an unlimited member and couldn’t be happier.

Finally found a yoga home. Inspire is a wonderful community. The Highland Village location is especially my favorite. The 530am crowd keeps me motivated. Highly recommend.

New to hot yoga in Flower Mound, TX, Inspire Yoga was welcoming from my very first class. The hot yoga classes benefit from infrared heat and the Inspire Vinyasa classes are my favorite. All the instructors and staff were welcoming. Every class I have attended was unique, but I never felt lost thanks to the instructors. With easy access from Flower Mound as well as Highland Village, I can't wait to keep attending. I'm so glad they are open when we all need the physical, mental, and emotional aspects of yoga.

The Yoga instructors are talented, encouraging, friendly and welcoming. Front of house staff are equally helpful and friendly. Doesn’t matter how frequently or infrequently you attend the studio, there is always a warm welcome and a genuine feeling of kindness and interest toward their students.

I love Inspire Yoga in Highland Village! Their classes are fun, challenging, and inclusive for all levels. The studio is nice and inviting with lots of natural light. The instructors are very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. I love the variety of classes - Inspire and Slow Flow for a great work out, Yin for nice slow stretches, and Restore when you need to hit the reset button. Having never been to a yoga class before when I joined, I was apprehensive, but the wonderful instructors and fellow yogis made me feel like part of the family!
