The food is good and always brings back memories of 30 years ago when I visited their Dallas and Addison locations regularly. The staff is friendly. Caution when ordering, they charge for additions, including extra dressing, and fries are not included with the entree. Not a negative, just pointing it out because it can be unexpected.

I've been coming here for years and for the most part the experience has been the same. Most of the time the food amazing and consistent, but every once and a while there are some big mess ups. The cheese fries are always amazing, but the queso can be real hit or miss. Service is for the most part good, but some servers hardly check in with the table. Overall a good experience but through the years there have been some bad trips that management cant seem to prevent.
