Very impressed with Alex, the senior assistant store manager. This gentleman knows his products, knows his vehicles and knows what will work on every application. Spent a lot of time with him today trying to locate a specific wheel for my truck and tires for my trailer. He was determined and committed to locate a vender. I appreciated his time and dedication but mostly for his stupendous customer service that he provided to me this day.

Woke up to my tire completely flat. Put some air on it and high tailed it to Discount Tire so they could either repair it or sell me a new one. As usual they were extremely professional and patient with me during my trip there. Didn't have a "reservation" or anything and they initially told me it would take a few hours. 2.5-3. Only ended up taking an hour. In and out. Pleasure doing business with them as usual.

Very professional and flexible. My tire had popped on the highway and went over to get a replacement tire. They helped recommend the good front set and replaced both within 15-20 minutes. I was back on the road before you know it
