The Cookie Rack

I got custom royal icing cookies for my wedding a couple weeks ago - about 150 of them and they were perfect! So many sugar cookies look so pretty but taste bleh or dry or just plain bad - NOT THESE. These are both beautiful and tasty inside and out!! They had everything ready, individually sealed, and boxed up ready to go for me the day before my wedding. All my guests loved them so much and my mom ate every single one of the (10) extras we had while we were on our honeymoon without saving us even one. LOL

The. Best. Cookies. EVER. (Besides mom's, of course.) Family favorites include: chocolate chip cookie dough, raspberry lemon, Key lime, and snickerdoodle. Honestly, there's yet to be a flavor we didn't like! Make sure you get a punch card so you can earn free cookies. ??

My wife and I stopped by about 2 weeks ago. The cookies were great, and we loved the real icing on the cookies and nice packaging. Adds a unique touch...

After not having the best first experience we did contact the cookie rack and they did offer to make it right. I am giving them four stars because 1) they actually responded to customer feedback which today is not the norm for any business, 2) they offered to comp us cookies but this was not our intent so we respectfully declined, and 3) they want to do the right thing by their customers which tells me they are empathetic and run their business ethically.

We WILL absolutely give them another shot! The reviews across the board are too good for us to not!!!

They are so helpful I needed gifts for some offices. They set me up the cookies were amazing. But most of all the service was a 10!!! Heather has greeted me and taken care of every order. Great service !! Highly recommend ;)
