Alaqua at Frisco

This place is beautiful and the Manager Kristin is such a sweetheart!!! We recently are in need of a two bedroom apartment. Upon arriving Kristin immediately made us feel welcome and went above and beyond to answer all our questions, giving us a tour of our potential apartment and the complex is very well maintained. We have been very pleased so far and look forward to calling Alaqua at Frisco our new home.

My 2 year residency at Alaqua has been amazing!!!!! The complex really has a community feel to it, everyone that I've come across is positive and friendly. I absolutely have no complaint at all. Like all units that I ever lived in there have been some break fix issues, but the techs here always fixed things in a timely manner. A few times I submitted a request and the issue was addressed the same day. Kudos to those guys they really care about getting things done. Holly is always a joy to speak with, she's a professional and does her job very well. While living here I've had some unforeseen circumstances happen in which Kristin and especially Jhoana always was understanding
and made sure I was taken care of. The entire team professionalism has been unmatched and I will truly miss living here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
