i have only been with Marc for about 6 months but I am enjoying my workouts with him each week that goes by! He's caring and motivating in wanting to help you be the best you can and reach new goals. He makes workouts fun & competitive...with yourself & others. Highly recommend Marc to all interested in being a better self!

I've been to bigger gyms with fancier equipment but this place is the best! Marc is so encouraging and is always able to work around my various mobility issues to make sure I get the best workout possible. I am not a morning person but I get up at 4 am four times a week and Marc absolutely makes it worthwhile!

Marc (the fitness ninja) Z is an incredible trainer and overall fun and down to earth guy. While the journey to better overall fitness can be a hard and scary one, Marc does a fantastic job of making the experience more enjoyable and rewarding. He does not sugarcoat anything and expects you to put in the hard work necessary to achieve your fitness goals! Highly HIGHLY recommend to anyone trying to get a better body, feel better both mentally and physically, or even someone who's just looking for a different type of exercise experience! Oh and he's really funny!

If you are looking for a trainer than you've found him. Marc is amazing. I honestly feel better than I ever have. He is motivating and encouraging and he really creates a comfortable space. Even in group settings he is able to assist you with your needs. He understands we are all different and not everyone can use the same weight or have the same rage of motion. Not only did I join but my husband joined after hearing how happy I was with my choice to begin going. Thank you Marc!
