Had a recent office visit with Dr. Fairbanks in Flower Mound. He was on time and very personable. You can tell he really knows his stuff. He gave me an exam and then explained the findings to me.

I was very impressed by the doctor, the office staff and the cleanliness of the office. Everyone seemed so friendly and helpful. I didn’t have a Urologist before and am glad that I found Dr. Fairbanks.

In addition to my urologist, Dr. Fairbanks, I also have two primary care physicians (Medicare and VA), a dermatologist, and I see an orthopedic surgeon. In general, the time in the wait room is typically 20 to 45 minutes. I’ve come to accept this as routine for all doctor visits. In my experience, Dr. Fairbanks, goes straight to the point concerning my issues. He answers all of my questions, and in my situation, clearly explains my options.

Had a positive experience on my first visit. The office staff were polite and respectful, the nurse was kind, respectful and gifted in drawing blood and using the echo scanner. Dr. Fairbanks asked questions, listened carefully then explained things (including options) available in clear understandable language. He even had information on best pricing for Rx I needed .
