(September 6, 2022, 6:01 pm)Went to get my hair cut and OMG the beautiful blue haired lady, Alissa? I think basically told me my idea wasn't good and suggested a better one. I was skeptical but she has the degree so why not? Blown the absolute heck fire away. When I need another color and cut I am 100% going back to her. Such a sweetheart, great conversationalist and suggested very good products to try out. 11/10

The whole staff was super kind , attentive, and karter was very helpful with putting in an order for an extra pant I will need . I’m looking forward to coming back to the store to pick up my order and shop more . ❤️❤️👏🏽👏🏽🙏🏾🙏🏾
(March 13, 2022, 6:58 pm)For the very first time we went to this store as JC Penny has relatively less stores in DFW I think. My wife wasn’t disappointed at all but I was😃 Sadly, they have very less options for Men’s clothing, footwear etc.
Apart from this, great experience. The cashier Kate is really kind & helpful!
