(May 24, 2021, 4:41 pm)I was with NorthStar for some years when it became Independent Bank of Texas and now as it has evolved into Independent Financial. I have always received good service. I've never really run into any problems. They have been responsive when I've had needs or questions. And I don't know who said they closed at noon, but they don't. Different branch lobbies close anywhere from 3pm - 6pm. Just call. No biggie.
