I understand completely that I’m no longer allowed in your store and incredibly sorry on my end. I wanted to note though that your cashier was actually being disrespectful to be believe it or not. It was the tone in her voice and the look I got both times as she responded to me. I saw what I saw and heard what I heard. I was a very common customer and EVERYONE has been respectful until this time. I lost my step father to a train wreck just 2 years ago and have a little sibling who’s been missing. Employees should consider what customers might be going through, and I should have thought the same way about the employee. Deep down I overreacted, but I’m not going to move on like I’m the only one who messed up. This is a great pet store and I regret what happened. I didn’t plan on coming back anyways to be honest.

The groomer here is loving and patient with my nervous dogs! She takes walk-in's and offers competitive prices. She has become my trusted regular dog groomer, I will not consider taking them anywhere else!

The prices are good and the staff is amazing. They are always so nice and helpful and knowledgeable. I like coming here and I love looking at the animals.
