Everyone is friendly and consider me as a patient. Things happen as efficiently as they can for a busy doctor’s office, which is pretty quickly if you ask me, considering circumstances. Overall, a good experience.

The staff and therapists are very friendly and knowledgeable. They are skilled at what they do, and interested in their patients as individuals. They genuinely care for you and desire to see your health improve. I highly recommend them!

Was very impressed with Dr Otto and his staff. Dr was not in a hurry to get you out of his office. He had time to listen to my concerns and answer questions. I really appreciate his attention and feel hopeful that he will find the cause of my health issues.

Safe environment. Nice people. Dr took his time to explain everything. But had to wait over an hour. Still a 5-star rating knowing things happen.

I am recommending this office to everyone I know that needs an ENT or allergist! Dr Otto is very thorough and listens. The front desk and office staff are very helpful and kind. It took about a month to get in to see the doctor but it was worth the wait! He is top notch!
