I once served on the board of a young, private Christian school. A common challenge is developing a well-rounded Christian school, especially as children move into grades 7-12. Liberty excels at meeting this challenge: excellence in academics, unapologetically Christian, strong in both the arts and athletics. Our family started at Liberty Christian when our youngest was in Kindergarten. My girls love the relationships they've made and the teachers who have helped them grow in many ways.

Is it perfect? No, and good luck finding a perfect school. Is Liberty a great choice in the North Texas area if you're looking for the above characteristics? Absolutely!

In his first year, our son is really enjoying Liberty Christian. The academics are challenging (but fair) and the athletics are engaging and fair. The teachers show a sincere interest in the development of students within a faith-based learning environment. We are pleased with our sons progress to date as he is growing spiritually, academically and thriving socially at LCS.

My daughter lives her school. She started as a freshman and although it's challenging she said she wouldn't go anywhere else. The school has an incredible Arts department that includes a fantastic band program. Hands down an all around great school.

My grandchildren are students at Liberty and as a private school graduate who was practically ready to graduate from college when I finished high school, I have very high standards when it comes to private schools. I have also seen some "Christian" schools that not only do not deserve the adjective, but surely make Jesus weep. Liberty is NOT one of these schools. The consistently high ratings they receive from the TAPPS (the Texas Association of Private and Parochial Schools) are just the tip of the iceberg. Out standing, prayerful teachers, administrators who love their work and their students, great sports program, wonderful arts curriculum, etc. etc. I am so glad my beloved grandchildren are students there.

Our son enjoys going to Liberty. He is excited to get up and get to school each day. The teachers are very kind and loving. He is challenged by the curriculum and has thrived because of it. We are so thankful that we have a school like Liberty for our son to attend so that he can receive moral training along with his academics. We place a very high expectation on our son's education and are proud to call Liberty home.
