Sunnyvale Smiles has been my go to dental office since they've opened.
They are now Ideal Dental.

The staff and Dr's are compassionate, friendly and helpful.

I recommend Dr. Tran to anyone seeking a new dentist.

Dar is the office manager and can help manage any financial solutions.

They take many insurance plans and alternative financial solutions.

They had a floating hygienist named Madison that didn't know what she was doing. I had to remind her after my cleaning that she didn't polish my teeth. I went for a general cleaning and was charged for a deep cleaning. I told the receptionist my general cleaning were 100% covered because they were in network but she insisted I owed some money. When I got home I called Metlife dental and they confirmed I was charged for a periodontal deep cleaning instead of a regular cleaning which is what I received. I am so disappointed I may never return to Ideal Dental unless they resolve this to my satisfaction.

Follow-up I spoke with the office manager at Ideal Dental and she explained to me the charges and the type of procedure I received. My issue has been resolved to my satisfaction.

As a new patient, Ideal dental has made switching dentist smooth and easy! They accept many insurances and will work with you to help you on your health journey. They were able to schedule an appointment for me quickly and a were considerate of my work schedule. A big plus is that Dr. Tran and his coworkers are friendly and courteous, even in the morning when not everyone else is.

Giselle, is a wonderful the Lead Assistant is wonderful and I will love to have her every time I visit. Dr. Tran was patient with me because I have very bad anxiety when I have to come to the Dentist. The hole staff is wonderful as soon as you come through the door. I thank God for each and every one of you and after searching for so many years, I have found the best place to be when it comes to Dental Care. Again, thank you for all you do 😁
