(August 23, 2021, 2:34 pm)I have been regularly attending Sharon's group méditations for the last 2 years. Sharon is an amazing person and her gong and crystal/tibétan bowls are absolutely AMAZING. Just come as you are and she will have you journey for deep relaxation and reconnecting to your deeper self.
(February 21, 2020, 10:45 pm)When I think of Sharon, I think of peace, compassion, safety, knowledge, professionalism, relaxation, and kind-hearted. I have been to other places that conduct sound therapy but there is no place like Sharon's comfy class. Her soothing voice and perfect tuning to her gongs and bowls is what sets her apart from everyone else. Thank you for always resetting me Sharon! Highly recommended.
