I am so glad that you have Mario back as the maintenance person, he was the original person when we moved in almost 3yrs ago and has always been very personable, knowledgeable, and is immediate to fix the problems we experience when reported to the office, keep him around no matter what it costs!! The property is also a good value for the money as well. Only improvement I can suggest is to get a courtesy/security officer that is on-site, especially overnight. Mesquite PD can't always respond fast enough to the issues that occur in the complex. Ysabeal, we can discuss this further if you want to.......

Lets start of by appreciating the new staff they have been nothing but helpful and understanding. The place looks so much cleaner now and everything is well taken care of.

I have been here several years and this place keeps getting better and better. First of all thanks to the maintenance and quick response of the new community manager my issues are resolved. Isabel has been great so far and is very attentive. There is usually enough parking space here I have no issues with that.Towing is enforced which I am happy with because this means the community is taking action in unnecessary vehicles ever being parked here. This place is also bug free as I keep my apartment clean and they service pest control if needed. I recommend this apartments they have been nothing but nice to me. I look forward to being here many years to come.
