We had a few initial problems with our new toy hauler, like every new camper does. However, they made it all right just as they said they would. Even came out to where I was stationed to take care of everything without any inconvenience to me. Mr.George was great and the service manager made sure that things were taken care of!!

Shane (Sales) Dave (Finance?) and Ryan (Service) are all outstanding people. Shane was extremely responsive even when he was on vacation with his wife. Dave was straight up and gave me a great deal knowing that I'd be shipping my rig to Indiana. Ryan, called multiple dealers in Indiana to help me find a master key after I locked myself out on the first day (D'Oh!). Everyone went above and beyond and I would highly recommend them no matter where you're from.

Just purchased my first Fifth Wheel and It was super easy thanks to Taylor Savage! I had been working with a great salesman at another dealer but couldn't get a good gut feel. Just purchased this bad boy from Explore USA RV and My family and I couldn’t be happier! What a deal! Genaro Salinas aka “G” was amazing to work with. He was absolutely instrumental in our decision to purchase at this particular RV center... low pressure, high value, and fantastic with our kids! He took the time to show us everything that met our needs on the lot, and walked through the pros and cons of every decision from our perspective. We felt incredibly comfortable working through hypotheticals with him until we ultimately made our decision. We knew we made the right one when my wife and I walked out without a single argument!!! Just kidding... not really. It was a genuinely easy transaction. Tracy the GM at the site was also extremely transparent and made us feel at ease during the entire process. The team also acknowledged our veteran service and treated us with the utmost respect. These folks really honor the military! We received a call a few days after purchasing our rig... come to find out, the GM had shopped an even better rate and reduced our payment to make a great deal... well... excellent!!!! “G” actually called to deliver the news and then drove to Fort Worth to meet us with the updated paperwork. All in all... true white glove service! I don’t know if you are in the market for an Travel trailer or RV... but if you are, I highly recommend these guys. I wouldn’t buy anywhere else.
