I have nothing but positive things to say about Russell. He was very knowledgeable and his customer service was top notch. Russell was extremely timely with his repairs and let us know what was going on every step of the way. The best part is my car drove better after Russell's repair than it did the day we bought the vehicle. If you need your transmission serviced, Russell should be your guy.... He's definitely mine from here on out.

Russell is very informative. From the time my truck was delivered to him, until he delivered it to me personally because I didn't have a ride at the time to pick it up. he told me everything he was doing. Russell was the most communicative, honest mechanic i've ever dealt with. Despite issues that came up that were outside of his control and forced him to take apart the transmission twice he never exceeded his original estimate. I was amazed how clean and organized his workspace was. I highly recommend using him for your transmission work, you will get quality, affordable work AND personal service unlike the big shops.

Glad I found Russell; he recently repaired my 4L60e transmission; I found Russell to be very professional , knows his business when it comes to repairing your transmission, he is polite and informative. He took the time to explain what had to be done to my trans and after making the repair he even saved all the worn parts to show what had to be replaced!
