Mainstay

We arrived after a long and exerting move and front desk was friendly and so helpful. Lateefa, Simone, and Christy we met first and let me tell you they know there stuff. Our room was clean, fresh, and just all over excellent. Then we were able to enjoy a delicious breakfast with such variety that it accommodated all of use. I will continue to recommend this hotel to all my family and friends. They are the best.

New property and good design. Breakfast was good and area had enough space for everyone. Rooms are nice, clean, and comfortable.
Only reason for not giving 5 stars is the staff. Some are poorly trained (it took about 20 minutes to check in) and some aren’t wearing the appropriate uniform and looked like they just came in off the street.

I have had a great experience here. The desk associates are great and the rooms are super clean. Samone, Anisha, Joseph, Latifah, Veronica, another young man that works the desk, a tall young man in housekeeping, and a young man that works the desk over night.. YOU ALL ARE THE GREATEST!!

I arrived and checked in with Lateefa. This beautiful spirit was so refreshing after a very long drive. She got us in and when we entered the room we were extremely surprised. The room was clean, carpet clean, bathroom clean and the air smelled clean. The floor was quiet and relaxing. We had the unfortunate experience with a nearby hotel, Magnuson, and was not sure what to expect but this was wonderful. As a former hotel manager I check everything including the condition of the mattress but got nothing! That in itself is a 5 star rating. Anything we needed was provided. Mr Joseph who works in the hotel also took care of us when we required a new trash can. Simple, but when people are smiling while providing a service makes you consider coming back. The rooms are beautifully decorated, and this is the FIRST time we stayed at a hotel and didn't have a back ache after a few days. My hopes are they keep up this location and keep the clientele you would see at the Magnuson away. Rest and relaxation! My only request is to offer Turkey Sausage since some people don't eat beef or pork. We look forward to returning and to management, Ms Queen Lateefa was the reason why we came back.
