If anyone is looking to lease here, I suggest speaking with Alyssa!! She was very helpful, honest and pleasant to interact with. She answered all my questions and truly cares about her future and current residents. I look forward to working with her. I will update this review once I move here

I’ve had issues with management in the past, but Monica is the most helpful person to work there! I had some issues with my lease and she was professional and timely. I’m so thankful!

I like the manager and Monica. They seem to try they're best to stay on top of things. It's hard to get them on the phone so just try to make an in office visit. I've lived here a year now and only my neighbors have brought me issues . The new maintenance is friendly and more attentive than previous ones. Its affordable and the water wasnt shut off too long versus the winter storm. So definitely improving❤
