  I have a few concerns about the last visit. I wrote my feedback in the reviews. The doctor called me and clarified my concerns. Most of them don't care about the reviews, but the case is different here. This should be the reason why they maintain a better rating.. which is definitely good. keep up the good work.

  Great staff. Very friendly and thorough. Dr. Ganpath was also very kind and thorough with her examination.

  Dr Parikh has been great with providing good and quick diagnosis/treatment for all ailments and takes time in answering all the questions very patiently. I went in there by looking at the reviews but I don’t regret it. Highly recommend!

  Based on the good online rating, I booked an appointment here for an annual checkup.My insurance covers many preventive tests such as EKG, Vitamin D test etc. which were not done.
  When I contacted Dr's office regarding this, they asked me to check with my insurance company if they cover this in my plan. My insurance company confirmed that they cover it as part of preventive as well as diagnosis codes. Since it was not covered as part of preventive care, now I need to pay extra to make another visit to Dr's office under diagnosis code. Would NOT recommend him for Annual checkup.

  I see a response from the Dr's office on my review comments which is good. Let me clarify that I was not told what all tests I would be going through when I came there for my first visit. In fact, I had asked why I am not going through those tests which generally are covered as part of the annual checkup. I was told that you do not do them.
  Since I and my wife both are covered from the same medical insurance plan and when she visited another Dr's office, they had covered all the tests in the same plan, then I got to know what all I missed out.
  Some of my friends had highlighted such issues to their Dr's office and they were kind enough to admit their mistake and covered those tests later which they had missed out.

  I had been contacted by Dr himself and discussed about the situation. He patiently listened to my concerns and offered the tests which I was looking for in my first visit (of-course, free of cost). Initially, I was hesitant to go through these tests however he facilitated everything and made the entire process very easy. I went through Vitamin D test and ECG. Dr Shalin reviewed my medical reports and took time to discuss the results.By looking at these responses, I would recommend him. Thanks Dr for all your help.
