Promenade at Las Colinas Apartments

Seems like a great place so far. It's right next to the DART station, very premium and safe. No groceries at a walking distance but otherwise it has a great view.

Sometimes the DART sounds might bother you, but you don't get to see the Promenade at every other unit.

I’ve been here 6 months and have had no complaints. The neighbors are quiet, the areas are clean, mailroom is maintained, gym is clean and working, and my car died so I called maintenance to give me a jump start and they were so courteous and got me where I needed to go. Parking is great. Sarah is so nice and treats you with respect. I give these guys 5 stars

Omg! I have had the BEST experience ever with Promenade LC. From the first time I encountered Sarah, to the tour and up into move in. Christina was super friendly and helpful in Sarah’s absence. I lived nearby in Via LC for 8 years and was torn about having to move. Let’s just say, I have NO regrets. My apartment is gorgeous, the location is perfect and it suits me perfectly! I am so happy to be a part of the Promenade community! It’s been 2 weeks and I’m in love!! 😘♥️

Its been a week since we moved in. Thanks to Sarah. She helped us finding amazing apartment ( new home ). We were able to tour right away tho we had no prior appointment, processing application quickly, approval was quick, the move-in process was smooth - everything was great thanks to Sarah again.

She was informative and answer every questions We had throughout the whole process.

The area is absolutely beautiful and feels safe.

We highly recommend Promenade Las Colinas and their leasing team - especially Sarah
