(October 1, 2020, 11:55 am)Great experience with service on my HeatnGlo Gas Fireplace. Service Tech was courteous and was able to diagnose the problem as a wiring issue very quickly. Re-wired at the base control and wall switch and tested fully. Also took the time to clean the glass to prevent clouding.
(September 11, 2020, 8:56 am)Kelvin McCutchen came out and did a warranty repair on my garage. He explained exactly what went wrong, how he planned to fix it and he was the nicest, most professional guy ever. The door works great now.
