I work here and we do price match and about helping change light bulbs it company policy that we can't take out and change light bulbs I am sorry I don't know why but we can't at all..I know AutoZone will but we can do that be of company policy because if we break something while we change a lightbulb then we will have to pay and it was cost us money that why we said we can so I'm sorry for the inconveniences about that

This was my first visit to this Advance Auto Parts store, I was there because I was having issues with a battery for my gray Honda Odyssey. The young man who helped me was very courteous and polite, and definitely knew his job. I really wish I could remember his name. The process for testing my battery was going to take 45 minutes, which I was going to have to spend sitting in my car in the heat. I'm disabled and have to walk with a cane so can't stand for long periods of time. The young man noticed this and instead of letting me sit outside in my car he went to the back of the store and brought out a folding chair so I could sit inside instead of out in the heat.
I will definitely go back here for any of my automotive needs. Again I wish I could remember the young man's name to give him the proper credit.
Also, they determined my battery to be faulty and replaced it under the warranty.

This place is no frills but serves the best pozole! Very good tacos, dine in or take out. Always good!
