So they made one tiny mistake on my order when I showed them the issue they apologized and replaced it as well as some free food after all that they still asked if they could do anything else to make me feel better and honestly I can say they went above and beyond to fix something that a lot of places would sweep under the rug. This place obviously has higher standards for their food and what they are serving to their customers thanks y'all!!!

Took my parents here after a meeting. Was our first time and tried using the ordering kiosks - noticed that one wasn't working and went over to one that was. Ordering experience was pretty good with the self-service system but unfortunately the credit card reader wasn't working. Initially was frustrated but the staff (and maybe manager?) came quickly and assisted going above and beyond. We were also impressed with the food and environment. Will definitely come again and visit more paneras in the future!
