(October 4, 2018, 9:09 pm)So, my husband and I started with State Farm two months ago with another agent and to make a long story short, we ran into a situation that was causing our coverage to be canceled (no fault of our own).
My husband and I went into Josh Thibodeaux’s office to get an understanding of the situation since this office was in the area.
When I tell you, Mr. Thibodeaux sprang into action and got the whole situation rectified and gave us better coverage—we were so appreciative. I’ve not seen anyone care that much about making the customers’ concerns their concern. He truly took care of us. So did the ladies (Takirah and Carol) in the front office.
This office is about making the customers’ satisfied!!
